don’t call me sexy

28 06 2009

Sexy, as suggested by the word itself, means something sexual, something that possess sexual quality. It’s a slippery word though, because when it be used improperly, out of context and so be merely bodily, it’ll begin as a sort of harassment. Even when there are such people who consider that smartness or manner is better way to define sexiness.

In this age of gender consciousness, when sexual and gender-based right become more prominent, people consider that putting emphasize on intangible quality of a person is arguably the good way of regarding ones, and vice versa. Although sex is a very natural thing [well, all of us come to this world through something sexual, aren't us? and then, respectness that we pay to sex equals respectness that we pay to ourselves], it ought not to be loved nor to be hated too much – balance is always been the key.

Instead of calling me sexy, let’s talk about the art of being human. Sip?
